Position Details
THE ROLE
The Senior Project Officer will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Governments agenda of increasing access to social and affordable housing for Victorians. The role is a great opportunity for a high-performing individual who is a critical and analytical thinker; proactive and organised, and has excellent stakeholder management, communication and project skills. This role is located within the business services team in the Large Scale Partnership unit and will assist in the delivery of core functions including, but not limited to, accounts payable, procurement processing, reporting, operational readiness and contract management.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Lead and facilitate project governance and stakeholder meetings ensuring effective agendas, accurate record keeping and actions.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with peers and senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead planning and coordination activities to ensure operational readiness for Large Scale Partnerships projects.
