• Salary Range: $66,768.00 - $73,811.92 pro rata, plus superannuation

About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking applications from experienced administrators for a hands-on role that plays a vital part in supporting and maintaining the nursing and midwifery workforce.

The successful applicant will uphold South West Healthcare's values and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Nursing Services reception.

What you bring

• As an Administrative Coordinator, you will bring:
• Demonstrated experience in administrative office management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well-developed document preparation and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability and computer literacy

You will also demonstrate:

• A proactive approach with the ability to work with initiative and minimal supervision
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Confidence interacting professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and the general public
