The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to various ACMI offices, including ACMI X, Level 1 & Basement offices, and East Shard. The work will form a 6-hour per fortnight ongoing role during business hours (Mon- Fri). The following tasks are some of the responsibilities included in the role:
- monitoring stationery, coffee, milk, other supplies.
- placing supply orders and unpacking them when they are delivered
- checking the loading dock for deliveries and mail distribution
- Support the team member from Inclusion Project - Impact 21 with stationary supplies etc.
You will be trained/supported by and report into the Senior Coordinator Technical Operations for this shift.
The administration shift is ideally suited to someone who has experience in administration and who enjoys organising. The administration shift will be offered as ongoing hours (6 hours/fortnightly).
