- Salary Range: $81,770 – $87,219.60 (pro rata) + superannuation

About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a permanent part-time or full-time Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse (Level 3) with medication endorsement to join the Ngootyoong Prevention and Recovery Centre (PARC).
In this role, you will utilise your clinical knowledge and expertise to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based care to consumers experiencing complex mental health needs. You will also provide support to families and carers, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (Clinical Specialist Lead).
This position operates on a rotating 7-day roster, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
About Ngootyoong PARC
Ngootyoong PARC provides recovery-oriented mental health care in a safe, home-like residential setting.
The service supports individuals who are experiencing, or at risk of developing, serious mental illness by offering:
- Short-term stays (up to 28 days)
- Medium-term stays (up to 6 months)
- Day program placements
Our focus is on strengthening each consumer's biological, psychological, and social wellbeing to support recovery and independence.
What you bring
- Demonstrated experience delivering mental health care in inpatient and/or community settings
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and contemporary mental health practices
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement
Enrolled Nurses with extensive experience in other complex care settings are encouraged to apply.
