- Employment Type: Full Time (76 hours per fortnight), Parental Leave Cover until July 2027
- Location: Warrnambool Campus

- Salary Range: $90,235.60 - $103,724 per annum, plus superannuation

South West Healthcare is looking for a qualified Oral Health Therapist to join our friendly and supportive public dental team on a full-time parental leave contract through to July 2027.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established service where you will be supported, valued, and given space to grow your clinical skills, without losing that all important work life balance.
You will be part of a welcoming team of Dentists, Oral Health Therapists, Dental Assistants and Admin staff, all working together to provide high quality care to our communities across Warrnambool and surrounding districts.
You won't be on your own, our Senior Oral Health Therapist provides strong mentoring, supervision, and support, making this a great role whether you are looking to build confidence, broaden your experience, or simply enjoy a steady, meaningful role in a supportive environment.
Our service spans Warrnambool, Camperdown, Hamilton and Portland, with outreach clinics supporting Gunditjmara communities, so every day brings a bit of variety and the chance to work across different settings and patient groups.

You will bring:
- Registration with AHPRA as an Oral Health Therapist
- Solid clinical experience in oral health therapy
- Great communication skills and a team-focused approach
- A commitment to learning, development, and quality care
- Interest in public dental and community health
- Current driver's licence
