At the Workplace Injury Commission, we've helped thousands of injured workers and employers to resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives. We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact.
This is a rare opportunity for a fiercely organised Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support team. In this role you will provide high quality executive support to two members of our Executive Leadership Team. You will be a pivotal point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders for the business units you support.
A natural organiser, your key priorities will include diary management, managing documentation flow and follow-up, coordination of a range of meetings and minutes, and ensuring all necessary executive support services are provided to the highest standard.
You will bring your unique perspectives and expertise to help turn our proud legacy into a bright future.
Who we're looking for:
With proven experience concurrently supporting multiple senior executives, you will demonstrate:
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, forward thinking and initiative, and a highly proactive manner.
- A high level of discretion and good judgement will be essential to balance multiple competing priorities, as well as confidential matters.
- Confidence and professionalism in interpersonal and relationship management, and the ability to engage professionally with a range of stakeholders.
Your approachable demeanour, creative problem-solving skills and positive work ethic will be an asset to you in this role.
