About this role

We are seeking highly motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our friendly team at Daylesford Aged Care.

Daylesford Aged Care/Lumeah Lodge Hostel is a 30 bed Aged Care Facility situated within the township of Daylesford close to the town centre and co-located within the Daylesford Hospital.

We are an Aged Friendly Health service delivering age friendly health care for older people, their family and their carers with the aim to reduce harm and improve their quality of life.

Our Enrolled nurses are valuable members of our team delivering exceptional care to our residents by contributing to the multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and coordination of residents care needs.

This role operates on a 24/7 roster, requiring employees to work across all shifts; AM, PM, and Night Duty

Details of Appointment:

Permanent Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Salary:

Dependent on experience, as per award + superannuation

About CHRH:

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
