Position Details
THE ROLE
The Senior Procurement Partner provides specialist advice and support across the department to ensure consistency in approach in all procurement activities. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to leading the sourcing process, developing procurement plans, and identification of cost savings and operational efficiencies through category management, all of which to be undertaken within the business partnering model.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Provide expert advice across all procurement activities, including process, compliance, policy and approval frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end procurement delivery, including document development, technical and financial evaluation and contract negotiation.
- Undertake appropriate sourcing activities which generate operational efficiencies, achieve financial savings and deliver value for money outcomes through insight and analysis.
