Join our People and Culture team as the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Project Lead, where you will lead the delivery of strategic projects that strengthen organisational capability, improve employee wellbeing, reduce risk and support compliance with legislative obligations. We're seeking an experienced project professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and expertise in health, safety and wellbeing, organisational change or a related field. If you're passionate about creating safer, healthier workplaces and have a track record of delivering complex projects from planning through to implementation and evaluation, we'd love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading and delivering small projects from initiation through to implementation and evaluation.
- Experience developing project plans, schedules, governance documentation, risk registers, issue registers and executive reporting.
- Experience managing project expenditure, procurement activities and external vendors.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in occupational health and safety, psychosocial risk management, employee wellbeing or workplace risk management.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Psychology, Risk Management, Human Resources, Business, Project Management or a related discipline; or equivalent demonstrated experience.
