Senior Project Officer, Governance, Reform & Collaboration

About the role: 

Reporting to the Manager Networks, this role's purpose is to support the 12 Local Health Service Networks, which are intended to improve the effectiveness of the health system and enable more streamlined access to care for patients.

This role will assist with project support for the Network Policy Framework and the Network Progress Monitoring Framework.  They will also support outcome reporting in line with the Outcomes Framework, working with colleagues across the department.

The Senior Project Officer will have a key role in managing and setting up strong processes for budgets and internal reporting including dashboards and data management.

About you:

• A tertiary qualification in fields related to public health, health economics/economics, social policy or health administration would be desirable
• Knowledge and experience in government, health sector and/or health service delivery would be desirable, with skills and experience in policy development and implementation.
