Position Details
This is an opportunity to lead a team delivering key improvements to Victoria's water management framework, with a focus on compliance and water market reform.

This position is responsible for progressing Government priorities under Water for Victoria, meeting Victoria's water compliance obligations under the Basin Plan and Compliance Compact and supporting the state's contributions to the Murray–Darling Basin Water Reform Roadmap.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in natural resource management, policy, law, science or engineering or equivalent experience is desired.
- Sound knowledge of and experience in policy and regulatory contexts, preferably in Victoria's water entitlement framework or natural resource management.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne or Flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
