IBAC is Victoria's anti-corruption agency responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct. We do this by:

  • investigating and exposing corruption and police misconduct
  • informing the public sector, police and the community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and ways in which it can be prevented.

The Information Technology & Management unit is responsible for maintaining the operational effectiveness and security of IBAC's technological and information systems and services. The Applications team within this unit manages and supports IBAC's software applications, including third-party and in-house developed systems.

Reporting to the Team Leader Applications, the Application Administrator and Developer is focussed on providing technical administration and application development services. This involves working closely with the business to analyse, develop and implement solutions that will support the organisation's objectives and users. While the role primarily attends to IBAC's case management system, the Application team works across the entirety of the organisation and its functions and therefore the role has broad opportunities to work with different platforms, applications and user groups.

The successful candidate will be client focussed and have strong analytical, engagement and problem solving skills. Experience in technical administration and analysis of complex business applications as well as software development is necessary to be successful.

If you would like to pursue the opportunities this role presents, please click on the 'Apply Now' button now.

Please note, this is a two-step online process. You will be asked to upload your resume and provide your details in the first screen. The second screen contains the screening and key selection criteria questions. To be considered for the role you must complete both steps.
