IBAC is Victoria's anti-corruption agency responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct. We do this by:

  • investigating and exposing corruption and police misconduct
  • Informing the public sector, police and the community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and ways in which it can be prevented.

IBAC is seeking a suitably qualified Principal Investigator to lead, conduct and coordinate numerous investigations simultaneously. In this key operational role you will achieve this by coordinating resources, providing expert advice, resolving complex issues and ensuring investigations comply with a range of legislative requirements, processes and industry standards.

Key to your success in this position will be your superior written and verbal communication skills, substantial investigation experience, along with your ability to coordinate resources and manage complex investigations.

Formal qualifications and/or training in investigations, law enforcement or a related discipline are essential.
