Position Details

IBAC is Victoria's independent anti-corruption agency responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct. We do this by: investigating serious corruption and police misconduct; and informing the public sector, police and the community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and ways in which it can be prevented. Our jurisdiction covers state and local government, police, parliament and the judiciary.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Reporting and Performance Officer to join our organisation. In this role you will prepare formal reports and Executive level performance reports that align to business strategy and plans.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Coordinate data collection and seek relevant content as input into IBAC's annual report compilation process
  • Liaise with the Communications team to produce final published version of Annual Report
  • Assist in the development of clear risk-based business plans and performance measures
  • Assist in the monitoring of key performance indicators and provide high level, insightful reporting to IBAC's Executive - identifying emerging issues and developing options to respond
