Position Details

  • Full time maximum term position.
  • Salary commensurate with experience, range: $88,436- $110,543 (pro rata) plus superannuation

About the role:
In this role you will provide technical expertise and coordination on a range of projects designed to improve legal assistance services for priority clients in Victoria.

You will support and work alongside key stakeholder groups including the Collaborative Planning Committee, support the development and review of legal needs analysis approaches and products, and work on sector planning and service design initiatives to achieve improved user-experience, effectiveness and access to legal assistance.

About you:
You are an experienced leader with the demonstrated ability to influence others and bring about change. Your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills will see you building positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and effectively contributing to a range of projects.

Essential to your success in this role is your commitment to social justice, understanding of service delivery and design, and embodiment of the VLA Values of fairness, care and courage.
