After Hours Coordinator

Permanent Part Time – 48 hours per fortnight

Classification: RN Grade 5 (ZB5)

Award: Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2016 - 2020 and subsequent agreements.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential

KSC1 PostGraduate Qualification in Management, or working towards.

KSC2 Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of contemporary patient flow and discharge practices.

KSC3 Demonstrated awareness of Performance Monitoring Framework business rules.

KSC4 Demonstrated effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation.

KSC5 Demonstrated ability to facilitate and manage change within a large complex healthcare organisation.

KSC6 Knowledge of contemporary human resource management issues including workplace health and safety, equal opportunity and anti-discrimination.

KSC7 Demonstrated evidence of commitment to ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice.

KSC8 Manages and engages with stakeholders consistent with MDHS values of GREAT
