We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who has the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, ability to foster a culture of customer service, contribute to the team and meet tight and demanding deadlines. 

The Release of Information and Administration Officer role reports to the Office Manager in the Legal and Regulatory Services Division. Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- ensuring the accurate and timely release of information held by CPVV in accordance with relevant legislation and policy,

- being an effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders,

- providing administrative support to the Legal and Regulatory Services Division.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated skills in computer operations and data entry systems and the use of various Microsoft Office programs.

- Well-developed written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively with both internal and external key stakeholders.  

- Excellent level of attention to detail.

- Well-developed organisational skills  and the ability to complete work within strict timeframes. 

- Ability to work within a team environment.
