Your new role:

We have an opportunity to join IBAC's Operations directorate as Director Digital Forensics & Collections. Reporting to the Executive Director Operations the successful applicant will have extensive experience in supporting the management of telecommunications interception and has an expert understanding of the relevant legislation and industry standards.

We are looking for a Director that will lead the Digital Forensics & Collections team to success by:

  • Leading motivating and managing a team including the mentoring of employees to share knowledge
  • Providing expert advice on strategic and operational issues involving telecommunication interception and digital forensics and
  • Implementing continuous improvement in the Digital Forensics & Collections Team through collaboration and sound change management.

This is an exciting role operating in a dynamic environment of telecommunications interception and IT Forensics. As a senior executive of Victoria's state anti-corruption agency, the role demands the highest standards of integrity and ethical behaviour.

Our requirements/Your skill set:

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience
  • Extensive people leadership and change management skills
  • Experience working for a Government or public interest agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
