Position Details

The successful applicant will work with a diverse set of stakeholders to coordinate business process improvements and contribute to the design of systems, reports, and user interfaces for the planning community.  You will be tightly engaged with delivery scrum teams and help facilitate the agile ceremonies needed for high performance.

You will act as a liaison between the Product Owner, Development Team and Solutions Architect to ensure technical requirements are prepared, understood and documented prior to Backlog Grooming. You will also have the opportunity to build your leadership and management skills and you will be encouraged to provided strong and positive contributions to workplace culture.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) as a Senior Business Analyst, with knowledge and experience of business process re-engineering, data modelling and IT systems implementation.
  • Demonstrated working experience on data collection and reporting projects.
  • Experience with extraction of data from reporting databases and visualisation using Tableau.
  • Experience working in agile teams, ideally as a scrum master, conducting agile ceremonies.

This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 December 2022.
