Position Details

This role sits within the Legal Services Litigation and Enforcement team and will primarily support the litigation and enforcement legal functions which includes preparing briefs, drafting correspondence and other documents, monitoring email correspondence, filing court documents, maintaining litigation case flow management information, attending to document management and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role may also be required to provide assistance across all Legal Services Team work areas from time to time as required.

Who we are looking for

  1. Demonstrated experience as a legal assistant or a paralegal within private practice, corporate or government environment.
  2. Extensive experience in administration type roles.
  3. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate reports, briefing memoranda and recommendations.
  4. Advanced skills in a range of Microsoft Office products including Excel.
