The successful candidate for this position will need to be highly skilled and organised with excellent conceptual and analytical skills. If you have been practising in criminal law, have the ability to analyse briefs, have great attention to detail, and present logical coherent submissions in court, we would love to hear from you. A focus on teamwork and a customer-centric approach to service excellence is essential.

The main stakeholder for this role will be the Office of the Conservation Regulator within DEECA.  The Conservation Regulator oversees regulatory functions in conservation and environment within DEECA.  The successful candidate will have exceptional relationship building and communication skills and be able to implement these skills in forming, strengthening, and maintaining the stakeholder experience. You will do this by providing guidance and sound advice on how best to approach prosecution matters within the confines of the law and departmental policies.
