  • 1 Permanent & 1 Fixed Term position available
  • Salary from $56,834 plus superannuation 
  • CBD Office location/ Hybrid working

Position overview:

We currently have a full time permanent and a full time fixed term position available, to join our supportive and dynamic Customer Experience Team.

An important and integral role at the VBA, as a Customer Experience Administrator you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by responding to all inbound phone enquiries and supporting practitioners and members of the community who contact the VBA.

In this role you will provide an excellence service in communicating with practitioners and consumers by predominately inbound phone enquiries, as well as email, and direct mail, provide information and authoritative advice to stakeholders regarding the VBA's practices and procedures and contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Customer Experience Unit by contributing to the development and implementation of new practices and procedures.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in a call centre environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to build rapport with others in order to understand issues and suggest course of action appropriate to the customers needs.
  • Ability to adapt approaches and work to changes in the environment and effectively manage new challenges
