Your new role
We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Information Services team as Data and Analytics Administrator on a full-time, fixed term basis to 30 June 2026.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Information Services, the role will administer, support and deliver IBAC's data and reporting environment.
Duties include:
- Manage and maintain PowerBI workspaces to ensure quality, security, and governance.
- Work directly with business users and technical teams across IBAC to understand reporting, systems, and analytic requirements.
- Develop and maintain PowerBI templates and guidelines to ensure consistent user interface and style
- Implement relevant data quality and improvement initiatives in line with IBAC's Digital Strategy
- Develop, document, and implement best practice data reporting and data analytics policies and procedures

Our requirements / Your skill set
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
- A Bachelor level degree (or higher) in a field relevant to the position with significant experience in data analytics, data visualisation and/or data management
- Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud-based data platform stack/s, including a data lake, ad-hoc query, relational layers, ETL engines and reporting layers.
- Demonstrated experience as a PowerBI report developer and proficiency in data modelling, DAX and/or M query language.
