Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a talented Records and Archives Manager to manage the operations of Museum Victoria’s records management and archives program.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The focus of this role is to manage Museum Victoria’s Records Management and Archives Program, promote and embed recordkeeping and archival practices and champion organisational change in information management.
Experience in managing a records and/or archives service.
Extensive knowledge and experience in contemporary records management and archival principles and practice.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills for management, planning and process development.
Experience leading a change management project.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
