The Immigration Museum is seeking a part-time Team Leader to provide day-to-day supervision of a Customer Services team in the delivery of high quality customer service to onsite visitors.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Team Leader is accountable for ensuring high levels of visitor satisfaction and safety by providing support and supervision to a small team of customer services staff in the delivery of a personal and customer-focussed services and operations.
We are seeking someone who is an effective communicator; is dedicated to providing great customer service; is experienced in supervising small teams; takes a positive approach to resolving customer issues and has an appreciation for cultural diversity. Good experience in the use of computerised ticketing or point of sale systems, along with experience in reconciling monies is required.
This is an irregular part-time position, fixed term to Feb 2015, minimum 22.8 hours per week. Please note that the position Includes regular weekend work. The salary on offer is $51,165 + 9.25% Superannuation paid pro-rata.
