About the role
South West Healthcare's (SWH) Building and Infrastructure Department provides exceptional internal services to the organisations' multiple campuses ensuring maintenance, compliance and quality improvements.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional with a demonstrated consultative, supportive and engaging management style, project and asset management skills and experience, to support the leadership of the department. Knowledge of regulatory requirement, data integrity and asset management is essential along with a propensity to achieve optimal team objectives.
The position is a full time permanent position and is primarily located at our Warrnambool Campus.
What you bring
As an Engineer or Trade Qualified Manager you will have developed experience and skills delivering key objectives, working within timeframes in a value based organisation. Experience within a hospital setting or organisation of similar scale would be highly regarded.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Victorian Public Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020 with the appropriate classification Administrative Worker Grade 4.
