About the role
South West Healthcare's (SWH) Mental Health Directorate is a high performing service providing acute and community mental health clinical expertise. The Warrnambool Adult Team comprises both an Access (triage) Team and a Recovery and Wellness Team. The position of Team Leader assists the Manager of Warrnambool Adult Mental Health Services (WAMHS) with leadership, planning, coordination, service development and administration.
We are seeking a motivated clinician (Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Social worker, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist) to join our team. This role will work collaboratively in the multi-disciplinary team to support service delivery, policy development, change management processes, including quality improvement, and implementation of new or changed procedures. The role may at times oversee a case load and support clinical leadership, case reviews and allocations.
The position is a full time permanent position.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020, with the appropriate classification Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4, Social Worker Grade 3, Occupational Therapist Grade 3, Psychologist Grade 3.
