Position Details

You will be required to undertake all administrative tasks relating to the delivery and assessment of training. Excellent written and oral communication skills and a customer centric approach are essential as is the ability to manage a busy workload.

 As the successful candidate you will have:

  • A Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 with new credential requirements TAE ASS502 and TAELLN411) or TAE40116
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications – Community Services – Diploma level and above
  • Relevant qualifications in Community Services and/or Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, Child Youth and Family Intervention or Child Protection or Disability.
  • Significant experience in Community Services Work with a minimum of at least 3 years.
  • Sound knowledge of current industry standards
  • A current Working with Children Check and current Police Check
  • Current and valid Driver's License

 Outstanding customer service, along with a professional approach is essential.
