The Disability Services Commissioner is an independent statutory authority established under the Disability Act 2006 (the Act), to provide independent and accessible complaints resolution for people with a disability using disability services. The Commissioner has the power to conciliate and investigate complaints and to monitor the outcomes of any recommendations made to ensure the best quality disability services.
Opportunities exist from time to time to join a small and committed team of professionals working with the Disability Services Commissioner to achieve better quality of life outcomes for people with a disability through conciliation, assessment and investigation of complaints, and capacity development.
