The opportunity  

The Customer Correspondence Delivery Coordinator coordinates the accurate and timely delivery of high‑quality customer correspondence. This includes assessment notices, letters, bulk mail outs, emails and messages. You will work closely with operational business areas and external print and mail providers to manage outbound correspondence end to end. The role also investigates opportunities to improve the customer experience and champions the transition from paper-based correspondence to digital delivery channels.

Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing print, digital publishing, mail house and warehousing services to meet quality, time and budget expectations.
  • Overseeing end‑to‑end correspondence production, including briefs, schedules, approvals, quality control, risk management and invoicing.
  • Monitoring print management provider performance, maintaining strong governance, reporting and follow‑up on actions.
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, cost savings and opportunities to strengthen the SRO brand and increase digital delivery.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships to manage risks, ensure quality outcomes and deliver effective outbound communications.

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong experience across print and digital communications, including finished art, printing processes and digital channels.
  • Proven ability to manage suppliers, contracts and governance frameworks, with strong reporting, issue management and performance oversight.
  • High-level strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess trends, risks and opportunities and support organisational goals.
  • Demonstrated experience modernising correspondence delivery through digital solutions and providing clear advice while building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, including experience working with large datasets and templates.
