Camperdown is a historically significant town in South West Victoria which is not only home to over 3000 residents but also famous lakes and craters, clocktower, elm-lined boulevard, historic buildings and friendly local community. The Camperdown Campus hospital comprises of a total 63 beds (25 acute, 36 aged care and 2 bed urgent care centre), birthing suites/midwifery services, palliative care services, one operating theatre, radiology and pathology services and district nursing services. Also within Camperdown is the South West Healthcare’s Manifold Place Community Health, David Newman Day Centre and the Camperdown Mental Health Service.

About the role

South West Healthcare's (SWH) Camperdown Campus is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team member to join our Food Services Department. The successful applicants will provide high quality food service duties throughout the areas of the Camperdown campus as well the Merindah Lodge Aged Care facility.

Position Overview

  • Casual Positions available
  • Camperdown Campus
  • Food and Domestic Assistant Grade 2
  • $33+ per hour, plus superannuation

What you bring

  • The successful applicant must be able to work as part of an effective team, have excellent verbal communication and time management skills.
  • Holding a certificate HLTFSE001 - Follow basic food safety practices or equivalent would be beneficial, but not compulsory for this position.
