Position Details
About the Role
As an Environmental Services Assistant at MHS, your primary objective is to maintain the Moyne Health Services premises in a clean and safe condition in accordance with daily cleaning schedules and MHS infection control policies. The Environmental Services team is responsible for cleaning allocated areas in accordance with duty lists and periodical schedules, including the collection and disposal of linen and ward waste bags.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good understanding of how to use resources efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload in an allotted timeframe
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and initiative
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn general cleaning practices
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills

Moyne Health Services is a public, not for profit, integrated healthcare service that helps meet community healthcare needs in Port Fairy and surrounding districts in the Moyne Shire.
