Financial Advisor

About this role

This role offers a dynamic, fast paced work environment and the opportunity to support the Water and Catchments Group in ensuring the efficient use of resources, and the effective delivery of water, sewerage and related services to Victoria.

We're looking for a proactive self-starter who thrives on utilising financial data to undertake research and analysis of the Victorian water sector - providing advice that informs senior decision makers.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification (or working towards) or other recognised qualifications in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in understanding and interpreting financial models and balance sheets.
• Experience in developing and preparing documents for both internal and public distribution.
• Experience in working as part of a team that carries out diverse and varied business activities.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 December 2025. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
