About the Role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a Specialist ENT Surgeon to deliver high-quality public ENT services in a modern, well-supported regional hospital. As the major acute referral site for Southwest Victoria, SWH offers state-of-the-art facilities, a collaborative multidisciplinary team, and excellent professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist ENT surgical services with a focus on excellence and patient care
- Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement
- Collaborate with hospital leaders and multidisciplinary teams to enhance ENT services
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical students
Position Overview
- Permanent, full-time role - 76 hours per fortnight
- Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience

- Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) and AHPRA registration
