About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is on the lookout for a dependable and compassionate individual to join our Emergency Department as a Clinicians Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our team with non-clinical and supervised low-level clinical tasks, helping make a meaningful difference to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients within the facility
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation in the Emergency Department
- Restock supplies and equipment as needed
- Assist with low-level patient care under supervision
- Handle internal courier duties, including delivering pathology and pharmacy items
Position Details
- Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time (21 hours per fortnight).
- Location: Warrnambool Campus.
- Classification: Cleaner Patient Transport Assistant.
- Salary: $47,985.60 - $53,508 pro rata + superannuation and applicable penalties.
