Position Details
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a motivated Maintenance/Gardener to join our team—working primarily at our Camperdown campus, with some shifts at our Lismore campus.
This is a hands-on role where you will make a visible difference every day, helping to keep our facilities safe, functional, and looking their best—from thriving gardens to well-maintained buildings.
What you will be doing:
- Keep gardens healthy and vibrant—planting, pruning, propagating, mowing, trimming, and leaf blowing
- Maintain and service gardening equipment and machinery
- Carry out a variety of building maintenance tasks, including minor painting, basic plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, and heating/ventilation maintenance
Position Details:
- Permanent full-time role (80 hours per fortnight + monthly Accrued Day Off) preferred, but part-time applicants will be considered—please specify your preferred hours
- Casual positions also available
- Location: Primarily Camperdown, with some work at our Lismore campus
- Classification: Gardener (Non-Trade)
- Salary: $57,002 p.a. (pro rata for part-time) or casual rate $36.05 per hour
