About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and capable individual to join South West Healthcare's Medical Workforce Unit in the Medical Workforce Support Officer role.

In this role, you will work closely with the Manager Medical Workforce and Medical Workforce Coordinators to provide vital administrative and coordination support in the overall management of junior and senior doctors employed by South West Healthcare.

Position Overview

  • Employment Type: Permanent Full   Time, (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly accrued day off
  • Location: Warrnambool Campus
  • Classification: Administrative Grade 1
  • Salary Range: $58,442.80 - $64,610.00 per annum, plus superannuation

What you bring

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence using various software systems
  • A Certificate/Diploma in Health or Business Administration (or equivalent), or a willingness to undertake further study
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (highly regarded but not essential)
