About the role

Join our dynamic team at South West Healthcare (SWH) as an Access and Intake Administrative Support Officer! If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring clients receive the care they need, this role is for you.

As part of our Access and Information team based at the Warrnambool Community Health Centre, you'll play a vital role in managing administrative tasks and facilitating client access to services. This includes handling reception duties, processing / triaging of referrals, and scheduling appointments in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Position Overview

  • Salary range: $58,442.80 - $64,610.00, pro rata, plus superannuation.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in reception and administrative duties, with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Possess relevant office administration qualifications or be open to further study.
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration preferred
  • Knowledge of data sets and Trakcare advantageous
