About the role
South West Healthcare is seeking a motivated Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to join our Primary Mental Health Team on a permanent part-time basis (32 hours per fortnight).
In this role, the ASO provides essential administrative support to ensure the team and programs run smoothly. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administration, maintaining accurate and confidential records, monitoring key performance indicators, preparing accounts, facilitating communication between staff and management, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and supporting office systems such as databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
Position overview
- Employment Type: Permanent, Part Time, (32 hours per fortnight)
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Administrative (Mental Health) Grade 1
- Salary Range: $63,263.20 per annum, pro rata plus superannuation
What you bring
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and manage responsibilities efficiently
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Experience with medical records and a qualification in Office Administration (Certificate III or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential
