FIS provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence.
As part of the Service Development Branch, you are responsible for the management of performance reporting and analysis and ensuring the integrity of the relevant systems that support statewide service delivery, primarily the Corrections Victoria Intervention Management System (CVIMS) as the application business owner within Forensic Intervention Services.

What you'll do
As the Manager, Service Capability and Solutions working in the Service Development Branch you will:
- Oversee the integrity of systems used to support clinical service delivery across the State and lead the implementation of quality assurance mechanisms to support system and data integrity.
- In collaboration with key internal stakeholders, lead improvements to system design and use.
- Monitor performance measurement standards for clinical service delivery and work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
- Lead the delivery of detailed data analysis projects to support a more detailed understanding of clinical service delivery.
- Drive high level authoritative advice to senior executives in relation to system integrity and performance across the State.
- Manage and mentor a team of staff.
- Contribute to broader initiatives to support the ongoing reform of service delivery across the State.
Technical Expertise
- Extensive experience in managing, developing, and monitoring complex service delivery environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing service and quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated understanding of the key issues impacting service operations in IT applications on service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in using the Commissioner's Information Systems including CVIMS, EJustice and PIMS is desirable.

Qualifications
A relevant tertiary qualification or proven extensive experience in service and quality improvement programs within complex service environments is desirable.
