About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager Linen Services to lead our Linen Services team within the Regional Logistics Distribution Centre. Our Linen Service plays a vital role in supporting not only South West Healthcare, but also a range of regional health services across South-West Victoria, as well as accommodation providers and other local businesses. We are a high-performing, customer-focused service that prides itself on delivering reliable, high-quality linen and laundry solutions to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Position overview

  • Full-time (80 hours per fortnight), On-going position
  • Warrnambool - Regional Logistics Distribution Centre
  • Classification: Administration Support Officer - Grade 5
  • Salary Range: $92,856.40 - $102,653.20 pro rata, plus superannuation

Reporting directly to the Director Corporate Services, this senior management position oversees the day-to-day operations of a significant operational area, supported by a workforce of 30+ employees. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities, build positive relationships, and drive service excellence within a complex, customer-focused environment.
