  • PoV Grade 4, $97,955 - $111,142 + 12% superannuation

About the role

We're looking for a passionate and community-minded Community Projects Officer to support the delivery of initiatives that help Victorians better understand and connect with the Parliament of Victoria. Working within the Community Engagement Unit, the role partners with diverse communities and organisations across Victoria to deliver programs, activities and resources that advance Parliament's community engagement priorities.

  • Work with community groups and organisations to strengthen Parliament of Victoria's engagement with the public across Victoria.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of activities and resources that build understanding of Parliament of Victoria's role.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of engagement programs

About you

You're an enthusiastic communicator with strong project coordination skills and a genuine interest in community connection and education. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy managing multiple projects that make a difference to the Victorian public.

  • Proven experience delivering or supporting community-based projects and initiatives
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse groups and stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
