About the role
Join our dynamic Education and Training team at South West Healthcare (SWH), where we're passionate about supporting and developing our nursing workforce. As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE), you'll play a vital role in enhancing clinical capability and promoting excellence in patient care through education, mentoring and hands-on support.
Our team works collaboratively across all clinical areas, fostering a strong learning culture underpinned by evidence-based practice and the principles of the Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment (BPCLE). Position overview
- Part-time (64 hours per fortnight), On-going position
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Clinical Nurse Educator - RN35
- Salary: $122,907.20 pro rata, plus superannuation

You are a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and bring strong clinical knowledge supported by postgraduate qualifications or extensive nursing experience. With proven expertise in designing and delivering education programs, you demonstrate a passion for adult learning, effective communication and collaboration, and a commitment to supporting excellence in clinical practice.
