- Employment Type: Permanent full time (76 hours per fortnight).

- Salary Range: $55,556.80 - $61,926.80 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
Looking for a role where you can make a real difference every day? As a Dental Assistant with South West Healthcare, you will play a key role in supporting clinicians and creating a positive experience for every patient, while building your skills in a supportive team environment.
In this varied role, you will:
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical standards in line with Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV) guidelines
- Support reception and administrative functions to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
- Occasionally travel to regional sites including Camperdown, Hamilton, and Portland, offering variety and broader experience across the service
You will be part of a friendly, skilled team where your contribution is valued, and your work directly supports the oral health and wellbeing of the local community.
What you bring
- Experience in dental assisting, including clinical and reception duties
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
- Understanding of dental procedures and public health principles
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or willingness to obtain)
- Current drivers licence
