- Salary Range: $90,235.60 to $103,724.40 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
South West Healthcare is seeking an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary Continence Team in this part-time parental leave opportunity.
Working within a well-established and highly regarded service, you will deliver specialist care across pelvic health, continence, antenatal and postnatal services, supported by a collaborative team that is passionate about patient centred care.

As a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, you will:
- Deliver specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment for individuals with pelvic floor and continence concerns.
- Provide individual outpatient care across a broad range of pelvic health presentations.
- Facilitate antenatal and postnatal education programs in both admitted and community settings.
- Work collaboratively within the Continence and Urology Clinic and broader Physiotherapy Department to deliver evidence based, high quality care.
- Contribute to service development, education, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives.
What you bring
- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
- Post-graduate training in women's, men's, and pelvic health physiotherapy.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and a client-centred approach.
- Experience in education, mentoring, and quality improvement.
- A commitment to best practice and the ability to drive positive change.
