At South West Healthcare (SWH), our 22-bed Acute Care Unit provides specialised care to patients with complex medical and surgical needs. As the primary referral unit for patients transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), we play a critical role in supporting recovery and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, our Registered Nurses provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care while supporting patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Registered Nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, and are eager to further develop their clinical skills and knowledge. What you bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least six months' recent experience in an acute medical or surgical setting, supported by a minimum of four years' overall clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
  • Current working rights in Australia.
