About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join the team at our Camperdown Campus as a Clinical Coordinator.

The Clinical Coordinator plays a key leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. Working collaboratively with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will support a coordinated approach to care that promotes functional independence, social participation, self-management and positive health outcomes.

This position is responsible for overseeing care delivery processes, supporting clinical excellence and ensuring services are responsive to the individual needs of clients.

Hours of duty may include weekends and public holidays. The successful applicant will be required to work a range of shifts and demonstrate flexibility to meet operational requirements.

What you bring

  • A Registered Nurse holding a current Registration Certificate as required by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
  • Role models the South West Healthcare values.
  • A minimum of five years post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and decision making.
  • Demonstrated communication and management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of organisational structures and processes.
  • Expert knowledge of clinical and quality systems that promote safe patient care.
  • Proven knowledge of relevant regulations, and legislation as they relate to Nursing and Midwifery practice.
