An exciting opportunity exists to join our dedicated and professional People and Culture team at BRHS.  

 

If you have generalist HR experience, this is a great chance to grow your career in a large and multifaceted organisation.   

The Position:

This position will play an important role in advancing key actions in the BRHS Workforce Strategy.  This will include initiatives that enhance employee opportunities to access further training; increase diversity in the workplace and organisation wide training initiatives aimed at enhancing career pathways, leadership and management competencies.  This is a permanent position at 56.0 hours per fortnight, providing a fantastic opportunity to enjoy greater work/life balance.

Key criteria required includes:

  • Qualification in Business or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a generalist Human Resource Management role
  • A good understanding of the key functions of human resource management
  • Proven excellent organisational and communication skills
