The Department:
Tambo Ward is a mixed medical\surgical ward with 34 beds including a 4 bed high dependency unit and 2 bariatric beds. The unit provides care for a large spectrum of medical and surgical conditions for gynaecology, urology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, ENT, general surgery patients.

We are seeking a dedicated professional with:
- Current AHPRA registered Nurse with a minimum of 7 years' clinical experience, with at least 2 years' in an ANUM role
- Advanced Life Support certification or ability to obtain
- Post-graduate qualification in Advanced Medical and Surgical Nursing\High Dependency\Critical Care is strongly preferred
- Qualifications in Health Management and Leadership are also highly desirable
- Proven ability to utilise contemporary clinical approaches to facilitate efficient patient flow and high standards of care
- Broad experience in people management with the proven capacity to effectively develop, engage and lead a high functioning team of health professionals
